Oh yeah I did. I really am careful to do a test spray with all my stuff now. I painted up a genestealer several years ago that fuzzed out. Tragic as it was a nice clean paintjob. The contrast of the blending went up, and the general paint looked like I gave it a wash of watered down grey paint. It's not as bad as that sounds, but it really sucked at the time. Fuzzy primer is worse in my opinion. I have resorted to priming with watered down white on occasion to avoid chancey spray. As far as I am concerned, its all about humidity (and temp?), I have had it happen with pretty much every brand ive tried... testors, floquil, gw...

I tend to seal willy nilly, though not when it's actually raining or snowing.

I keep hearing that temperature is a big issue, especially if you are 'ghosting' your minis. I havn't run into this as too big an issue yet.
