I am actually a big fan of the Everblight Cavalry (elves on reindeer). At first my reaction was similar, but they have grown on me. They are the shit in the game as well, that helps.

Do you play Hordes/Warmachine as well? Hmm, perhaps we should all invade John's next club night with Warmachine/Hordes, and see if we can tempt him into playing with us.
I am a big follower of Turok the Dragonfather (and the one true dragon in the Iron Kingdoms).

Yeah, I really like it, but am not particularly good at it because I don't play enough. Felix and I play at Black Sun Games from time to time. We'll have to try to get a game in sometime.
